...Strong thunderstorms will impact portions of Washita, west central
Caddo, southern Custer and northern Kiowa Counties through 1115 PM
CDT...

At 1028 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from 6 miles east of Foss Reservoir to 3 miles
northeast of Rocky to 6 miles northwest of Roosevelt. Movement was
east at 30 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and half inch hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Weatherford, Clinton, Hobart, Cordell, Burns Flat, Carnegie, Mountain
View, Dill City, Corn, Roosevelt, Gotebo, Bessie, Rocky, Foss,
Colony, Cooperton, Alfalfa, Cloud Chief, Stafford, and Cowden.

This includes Interstate 40 between mile markers 51 and 86.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with these storms and may lead
to localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
