WHERE...Northern and Northeast Iowa WHEN...Through 4 AM CDT this Tuesday Morning IMPACTS...Standing and ponding water on roads and ditches can be expected. Visibilities may also be reduced during periods of heavier rainfall. PREPAREDNESS AND PRECAUTIONARY ACTIONS...Motorists should be prepared for minor urban flooding and ponding water on roads.
