Small Hail and Gusty Winds Also Possible...

WHAT..Periods of moderate to heavy rainfall with small hail and
gusty winds to 45 to 50 mph possible.

WHERE...Northern and Northeast Iowa

WHEN...Through 4 AM CDT this Tuesday Morning

IMPACTS...Standing and ponding water on roads and ditches can be
expected. Visibilities may also be reduced during periods of heavier
rainfall.

PREPAREDNESS AND PRECAUTIONARY ACTIONS...Motorists should be prepared
for minor urban flooding and ponding water on roads. Slow down during
periods of lower visibilities, and also reduce speed to lower the
risk of hydroplaning if you encounter standing water on roads.
