Occasional wave height is the average of the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum. .SYNOPSIS...An expansive 30.2 inch surface high will slowly cross northern Quebec tonight. The axis of the surface high will move across the Canadian maritimes on Friday. An upper level disturbance will cross the Lake Friday night and early Saturday. A large disorganized storm system over the Upper Ohio Valley Saturday night will pass over the Carolinas and Mid Atlantic region on Sunday. High pressure averaging 30.1 inches will be centered over New England on Monday. This high will slide towards Atlantic Canada Tuesday as an area of low pressure deepening to 29.3 inches lifts from the Plains to the western Great Lakes.
