.DISCUSSION...Good RH recovery this morning for lower elevations.
The thermal belt above 1,500 ft is still relatively dry with RH
in the 30-40% range. After a warm afternoon Friday, cooler weather
will move in for the weekend. The biggest concern is Monday-
Tuesday as weak offshore wind develops. This will bring inland
temperatures above 100 degrees with RH dropping into the teens.
Fortunately the wind speed will remain gentle to moderate during
this period, but the fuels will dry to critical levels.
Note : All winds are 20-foot Winds Unless otherwise specified.
Thunderstorms imply strong, gusty and erratic winds.
