.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...A weak surface ridge
extends across the waters this morning as a front continues
moving south of the area. Strong low pressure will pass to the
NW and N of the waters today into tonight, then weaken as it
moves into interior British Columbia on Fri.The system will swing
a strong cold front across all of the waters tonight and E of
the area on Fri. Significant swells will move from N to S across
the waters late Thu and continue until late Fri. Thereafter,
conditions improve on Sat as high pressure builds across the area
from the W and persists through Mon night.
