Tranquil weather conditions prevailed across Kansas last night
with mostly clear skies and light winds. Predawn temperatures
were in the 50s across the sunflower state.

The dry weather will continue across the Heartland on Friday as
weak surface high pressure remains over the region. Daytime highs
will be in the 80s with mostly sunny skies.

Upper level low pressure will be over the mid Mississippi valley
region tonight with rain showers across much of eastern Missouri.
Meanwhile locations across Nebraska, Kansas, and Oklahoma will
remain dry. Overnight lows will range from the 40s in northern
Nebraska, to the low 60s in central Oklahoma.
