...STRONG EAST WINDS WITH GUSTS FROM 35 TO 40 KNOTS ARE EXPECTED
FROM 1130 PM MDT TUESDAY THROUGH 600 AM MDT WEDNESDAY...

Strong canyon winds are expected to develop within the next one to
two hours at the Albuquerque International Sunport and will persist
through sunrise. The strongest wind speeds will be favored between
100 AM and 400 AM MDT. Canyon winds will diminish by mid-morning.
