At 356 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from near Potomac Creek to 7 miles southwest of
Ladysmith to near Sabot. Movement was east at 40 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.
