  Northern Randall County in the Panhandle of Texas...
  Southwestern Carson County in the Panhandle of Texas...
  Northeastern Deaf Smith County in the Panhandle of Texas...
  Southern Potter County in the Panhandle of Texas...

* Until 545 PM CDT.

* At 438 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 5 miles east of
  Umbarger, or 5 miles west of Canyon, moving northeast at 25 mph.

  HAZARD...70 mph wind gusts and ping pong ball size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Expect some tree damage. Damage is likely to mobile
           homes, roofs, and outbuildings. People and animals
           outdoors will be injured. Expect hail damage to roofs,
           siding, windows, and vehicles.

* Locations impacted include...
  Amarillo, Canyon, Lake Tanglewood, Mescalero Park, Bushland,
  Umbarger, and Timbercreek Canyon.
