.DISCUSSION...

Fire Weather concerns will remain low for the foreseeable future.

Today, dry air moving over the air will promote minimum relative
humidities in the upper 20s in the southern James River Valley.
There is a chance for showers and isolated thunderstorms to
develop later this afternoon over the north.

Minimum relative humdities on Saturday drop into the lower to mid
20s over the west and north central. West winds remain generally
light, though some breezy winds with sustained speeds up to 15 mph
and gusts up to 23 mph will be possible across the International
Border.

A broad area of showers and thunderstorms are expected to develop
late Sunday morning through the early evening, with strong to
severe storms possible over the southern James River Valley.
