.DISCUSSION...Near to below normal temperatures are expected
today through Saturday as a series of dry troughs move across the
Pacific Northwest. Breezy northerly to northwesterly winds are
forecast to continue today through this evening with the
strongest gusts over the exposed ridges and channeled terrain.
Broad and flat ridging will build early next week and provide
some interior warming, but winds will generally remain onshore
and coastal areas will not warm up.
