.DISCUSSION...
No hazardous fire weather conditions are expected at this time.
Mostly clear skies expected today except for portions of central
GA, especially the western portions, where cloud cover from
decayed storm systems will impact the area. Dry air remains in the
area, so afternoon RHs will once again dip into the lower 30s and
upper 20s, with a few locations reaching the mid 20s briefly.
Winds will be light to start this morning, picking up to 4-8 mph
by the afternoon from the NW. Where the sun remains out, mixing
heights will pick up to 6-7 kft, but lower in west central GA
where cloud cover is expected. Transport winds will be very light
in portions of north GA, but be from the NW at 8-15 mph. Vent
rates will have high variability across north and central GA, with
ADI values ranging from the teens to the 100s.
