Weather Summary for North-Central and Northeast Wisconsin
National Weather Service Green Bay WI
1201 PM CDT Mon May 20 2024

Occasional showers and storms will continue into the afternoon as
a warm front stalls to our south. Isolated severe storms with
gusty winds and hail are possible south of Highway 10 through late
afternoon, though the majority of severe weather looks to remain
over southern and southeast Wisconsin. High temperatures are
expected to reach the mid 60s across far northeast Wisconsin to
the upper 60s to low 70s further west. Generally dry weather with
some patchy fog is expected tonight. Lows will drop to around 50
over north-central Wisconsin, to the upper 50s to around 60 over
the Fox Valley.

Confidence is increasing in potential for impactful severe
weather and localized flooding across much of the forecast area
Tuesday afternoon and evening. Damaging winds, large hail, and a
few tornadoes will be possible with stronger storms. The greatest
chance for severe storms will be across central Wisconsin in the
afternoon, shifting further east through the evening. There could
be multiple rounds of strong to severe thunderstorms. High
temperatures are forecast to range from the upper 60s across the
Northwoods to the mid 70s in central Wisconsin.
