  Mississippi River At Natchez affecting Adams, Wilkinson and
  Concordia Counties.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Mississippi River at Natchez.

* WHEN...From late Saturday night to Friday, May 24.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 8:00 PM CDT Friday the stage was 46.9 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
    early Sunday morning to a crest of 48.5 feet early Monday
    morning. It will then fall below flood stage early Thursday
    afternoon.
  - Flood stage is 48.0 feet.
