* At 1038 PM CDT, strong thunderstorms were located along a line
  extending from 16 nm northwest of White Lake to near West Cameron
  130, moving southeast at 30 knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts to 40 knots and small hail.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and
           suddenly higher waves.
