...WIND ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM 7 AM FRIDAY TO 2 AM EDT SATURDAY...

This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of southern Indiana
and central Kentucky.

.DAY ONE...Tonight.

Widespread rain will move into our area overnight, and may be
locally heavy towards morning, especially in Kentucky.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Friday through Wednesday.

The remnants of Helene will impact our region through the weekend,
most notably early Friday through Friday night. Widespread rainfall
between 2 and 4 inches and gusty winds as high as 45 to 55 mph will
will be possible with the highest gust across north central KY into
southern IN. There is a Wind Advisory in place from 7 AM EDT (6 AM
CDT) until 2 AM EDT (1 AM CDT).

Localized rainfall amounts over 4 inches and isolated gusts over 40
mph could be realized. There is also a non- zero brief tornado
threat, although confidence is very low.
