  Northeastern Childress County in the Panhandle of Texas...

* Until 600 PM CDT.

* At 516 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 8 miles north of
  Childress, moving east at 25 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage
           to roofs, siding, and trees.

* This severe thunderstorm will remain over mainly rural areas of
  northeastern Childress County.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
