...A strong thunderstorm will impact portions of northwestern Collier
County through 130 AM EDT...

At 1259 AM EDT, National Weather Service meteorologists were tracking
a strong thunderstorm capable of producing a funnel cloud near
Orangetree, or near Golden Gate Estates, moving north at 25 mph.

HAZARD...Funnel clouds.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Funnel clouds occasionally touch down and produce tornadoes
         or waterspouts.

Locations impacted include...
Ave Maria, Golden Gate Estates, Immokalee, Orangetree, Big Corkscrew
Island, Corkscrew Swamp Sanctuary, and Lake Trafford.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

This activity was also developing in an environment favorable for the
