...Discussion from SFOFWFMTR...

A cooling trend continues through the weekend, but above average
temperatures remain for the interior regions on Thursday. Continuing
onshore flow will enhance inland humidity retention with daytime
minimum RH up to 30 to 50 percent in the interior. Breezy and gusty
winds are possible at the coast, the highest peaks, the North and
East Bay mountains, and through gaps and passes. Light coastal
drizzle is possible Friday into the weekend but wetting rain is not
expected.

...Discussion from SFOFWFEKA...

Near normal to slightly below normal temperatures are expected
today through Saturday as a series of dry troughs move across
Pacific Northwest. Northerly to northwesterly winds are forecast to
remain locally breezy with the strongest gusts over the exposed
ridges and channeled terrain today through tonight. Gusty
northerlies increase tonight across the higher terrain of southern
Lake County and lower RH`s are expected.
