.SYNOPSIS...High pressure will persist across the waters tonight,
then shift E Thu. A cold front will approach the northern waters
Thu afternoon, then move slowly SE across the northern waters Thu
night through Fri night. A weak ridge of high pressure will build
over the waters Sat, shifting E of the waters Sat night and Sun
as a weak second cold front approaches the northern waters from
the W. A strong low will move NE across the Great Lakes Sun night
and Mon, dragging a strong cold front E towards the coast. The
front will reach the waters Mon night.
