.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...A cold front will
move SE of the waters tonight. Strong low pressure will pass to
the NW and N of the waters Thu into Thu night, then weaken as it
moves into interior British Columbia on Fri.The system will swing
a strong cold front across all of the waters Thu night and E of
the area on Fri. Significant swells will move from N to S across
the waters late Thu and continue until late Fri. Thereafter,
conditions improve on Sat as high pressure builds across the area
from the W and persists through Sun night, before the ridge moves
into the region Mon into Mon night.
