.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...High pressure W of the N
portion of the waters will strengthen today through Mon, then
persist through Tue night. A coastal low pressure trough will
persist through Tue night along the central and northern
California coast. A weak cold front over the northern California
waters will move S into the central waters later today and
tonight and dissipate as it continues S towards the S waters Sat
into Sat night. A weak area of high pressure will try to build
over the southern California waters Sun.
