.Synopsis for the Long Island and Connecticut coastal waters...
A weak cold front slowly pushes offshore tonight. Weak high
pressure will otherwise be in control through Friday night with
maybe another weak cold front or trough moving into the region in
the afternoon and evening. High pressure across the area on
Saturday gives way to a weak frontal system moving through the
area Saturday night. High pressure then briefly returns on Sunday
before a series of frontal systems impact the area during the
first half of next week.
