.DISCUSSION...
The remnants of Tropical Storm Helene will spread shower chances
across the region from east to west Thursday afternoon. Increasing
northeast winds and relative humidity can be expected. Widespread
heavy rainfall is expected Thursday night through Saturday.
Isolated to scattered showers will continue Sunday and Monday,
with a return of dry conditions Monday night into Tuesday.
