MinRH values will vary this afternoon for areas north and south of
Pittsburgh due to a stalled frontal boundary. MinRH values could
be as low as 30 north of PIT with deeper mixing from clear
conditions. Northern West Virginia will likely experience a very
low threat for fire weather due to a passing shortwave stirring up
showers and thundestorms this evening.
The fire weather threat will remain low into the holiday weekend
as multiple disturbances track through the region. Probability of
scattered to widespread showers and thunderstorms are high (>70%)
Saturday and Monday for portions of the day.
