* WHAT...Seas 7 to 10 ft at 9 seconds and northwest winds 10 to
  20 kt with gusts up to 30 kt expected.

* WHERE...Waters from Cape Shoalwater WA to Cape Falcon OR from
  10 to 60 NM and Waters from Cape Falcon to Cape Foulweather OR
  from 10 to 60 NM.

* WHEN...Until 11 AM PDT Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Inexperienced mariners, especially those operating smaller
vessels, should avoid navigating in hazardous conditions.

  from 10 to 60 NM.

* WHEN...From 5 PM this afternoon to 11 AM PDT Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.

* WHAT...Rough bar conditions expected. 3 to 5 ft through Saturday
  evening. Northwest winds 10 to 20 kt with gusts up to 30 kt
  expected.

* WHERE...In the Main Channel of the Columbia River Bar.

* WHEN...From 5 PM this afternoon to 11 AM PDT Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft,
  especially when operating near to, or attempting to cross, the
  Columbia River Bar.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...First Ebb...Ebb current of 2.86 kt at 615
  PM Friday. Seas 4 ft. Second Ebb...Strong ebb current of 6.1 kt
  at 616 AM Saturday. Seas 7 ft. Third Ebb...Ebb current of 2.77
  kt at 655 PM Saturday. Seas 5 ft.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Small Craft Advisory means that wave conditions are expected to
be hazardous to small craft in the vicinity of the Columbia River
Bar. Mariners are advised to obtain the latest bar conditions
from the United States Coast Guard before attempting to cross the
bar.
