343 AGUS76 KRSA 241310 HMDRSA Hydrometeorological Discussion National Weather Service / California Nevada RFC / Sacramento CA 610 AM PDT Tue Sep 24 2024 ...MAINLY WARM AND DRY INTO EARLY NEXT WEEK... .METEOROLOGICAL CONDITIONS (TUE AM - MON AM)... Dry and warm conditions through the period as an upr ridge currently over the west coast will shift west today...while a weak s/wv trof moves toward the Pacific Northwest. Precip associated with this system will remain north of the area on Wednesday. Then after this feature moves off toward the east...heights will begin to rise across the west coast once again with upr ridging expected across the western US through the weekend into early next week. Temperature anomalies in general will be between 5- and 15-degF above seasonal normals through the period.
