This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of the Missouri
Ozarks and extreme southeast Kansas.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight.

Weather hazards expected...

  Limited hail risk.
  Limited thunderstorm wind damage risk.
  Limited lightning risk.

DISCUSSION...

Thunderstorms are possible this evening into through early hours
Tuesday, though the risk remains low (15-25%) and very conditional
based on available lift and moisture. The primary hazard would be
lightning, though a nonzero chance exists for damaging winds to
55mph and small hail.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Tuesday through Sunday.

Thunderstorm chances increase Tuesday evening through Wednesday
evening bringing a greater potential for severe weather. Damaging
winds will be the main threat with these storms, but large hail,
a spinup tornado or two, and flooding are secondary threats.

Daily 30-50% chances for showers and thunderstorms exist through
Memorial Day Weekend.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Spotter activation will not be needed through tonight.
