county in Oklahoma and Carroll county in Arkansas. The precipitation
was in the Fort Smith area. Movement was to the east at around 30
mph. The average amount where it rained last hour was around one
quarter of an inch with maximum amounts of an inch and a half to two
inches. Coverage and intensity decreased during the last hour. The
Tulsa area forecast for late this evening and into overnight, partly
