The threat of blowing snow has diminished due to a lack of
transportable snow on the ground. Gusty winds will continue through
Tuesday.

...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 9 PM AKST THIS
EVENING...

* WHAT...Snow and blowing snow. Total additional snow accumulations
  up to one inch. Winds gusting as high as 40 mph. Snow drifts of 1
  to 3 feet due to winds are widespread.

* WHERE...Kodiak Island Northeast, including Kodiak City.

* WHEN...Until 9 PM AKST this evening.

* IMPACTS...Visibilities reduced to one half mile or less due to
  blowing snow. Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous
  conditions could impact the Monday evening commute.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Periods of light snow showers will continue
  through Monday evening, slowly diminishing in tandem with the
  winds. Visibility could be quickly decreased in heavier snow
  showers.
