  tenth of an inch.

* WHERE...Much of western North Dakota.

* WHEN...Until noon CST /11 AM MST/ today.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery roads and sidewalks, and difficult
  travel conditions. The hazardous conditions will impact the morning
  commute.

* WHAT...Freezing rain and snow expected. Total snow accumulations 1
  to 4 inches and ice accumulations around one to two tenths of an
  inch. Winds gusting as high as 50 mph.

* WHERE...Bottineau, Pierce, and Rolette Counties.

* WHEN...Until midnight CST tonight.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. Areas of blowing snow
  could significantly reduce visibility. The hazardous conditions
  will impact the the morning and evening commutes.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Areas of blowing snow are also possible this
  afternoon through tonight.
