* WHERE...Nearshore Gulf waters between the mouth of the Rio
  Grande and Baffin Bay from 0 to 20 nm, and Gulf waters from
  Baffin Bay to Port Mansfield extending from 20 to 60 nm.

* WHEN...Until 6 AM CST early this morning.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.
