...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM 1 AM TO 10 PM EST
WEDNESDAY...

* WHAT...Snow expected. Total snow accumulations between 3 and 5
  inches. Southwest winds gusting as high as 35 mph.

* WHERE...Crawford and Southern Erie Counties.

* WHEN...From 1 AM to 10 PM EST Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions with slower travel
  likely. The hazardous conditions could impact the Wednesday
  morning and evening commutes.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Snow may begin with a mix of some freezing
  rain tonight before transitioning to all snow overnight. The
  period of heaviest snow will be in the pre-dawn hours into the
  morning commute on Wednesday. Travelers may need extra time to
  reach their destinations on Wednesday morning.

The event will transition to a lake effect snow event on Wednesday
night into Thursday. There remains some uncertainty with the
snowfall amounts in Northwest Pennsylvania with the lake effect
portion of the event, and it may be possible for the advisory to be
extended to capture additional snowfall through Thursday.
