...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT NORTHEASTERN ARANSAS...SOUTHERN
CALHOUN AND EASTERN REFUGIO COUNTIES THROUGH 930 PM CDT...

At 859 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Aransas National Wildlife Refuge, or 8 miles south of Seadrift,
moving southeast at 30 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and penny size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Seadrift, Aransas National Wildlife Refuge, and Matagorda Island
State Park.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
