...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM 1 AM TO 10 PM EST
WEDNESDAY...

* WHAT...Snow expected. Snow could fall heavy at times Wednesday
  morning. Total snow accumulations between 3 and 6 inches. Winds
  gusting as high as 35 mph from the Southwest.

* WHERE...A portion of Northern Pennsylvania.

* WHEN...From 1 AM to 10 PM EST Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
  conditions could impact the Wednesday morning and evening commutes.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Slow down and use caution while traveling. The latest road

WEDNESDAY...

* WHAT...Snow expected. Snow could fall heavy at times late
  Wednesday morning and Wednesday afternoon. Total snow
  accumulations between 2 and 5 inches. Locally up to 6 inches
  possible across the higher terrain of Eastern Lycoming and
  Sullivan Counties. Winds gusting as high as 35 mph from the South
  and Southwest.

* WHERE...Northern Lycoming, Sullivan, and Tioga Counties.

* WHEN...From 3 AM to 10 PM EST Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
