  Southeastern Scotts Bluff County in the Panhandle of Nebraska...

* Until 830 PM MDT.

* At 759 PM MDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
  was located over Scotts Bluff National Monument, or near
  Scottsbluff, moving east at 30 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado and golf ball size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed.
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree
           damage is likely.

  Scottsbluff, Gering, Terrytown, and Scotts Bluff National Monument
  around 805 PM MDT.
