* WHAT...Snow and blowing snow expected. Total snow accumulations of
  6 to 12 inches above 9000 feet in elevation. Locally higher
  amounts possible above 10000 feet. Winds gusting as high as 75 mph.

* WHERE...Sierra Madre Range and Snowy Range.

* WHEN...From noon today to 11 AM MST Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Outdoor recreation could become dangerous to those
  caught unprepared for hazardous winter conditions. Hunters,
  hikers, and snowmobilers may become disoriented and lost due to
  low visibility in falling and blowing snow.
