This includes the Tribal Lands of the Mille Lacs Band, East Lake and, Big Sandy Lake areas. * WHEN...From noon today to 3 AM CST Wednesday. * IMPACTS...Travel will be very difficult. This includes the Tribal Lands of the Fond du Lac Band and the Mille Lacs Band, Hinckley and, Lena Lake areas. * WHEN...From 2 PM this afternoon to 9 AM CST Wednesday. * IMPACTS...Travel will be very difficult. The hazardous conditions will impact the Tuesday evening and Wednesday morning commutes. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...There may be a tight gradient in the northern extent of the heavy snow. Portions of the I-35 corridor will see heavy snow while others will not see high totals. At this time the most likely areas to see 5 to 7 inches of snow are from Cloquet south to Pine City. Duluth may only see 4 to 6 inches. Snow rates of 0.5 to 1.5 inches per hour are expected this afternoon and evening from Moose Lake south to Pine City between 4 and 8 pm.
