...The National Weather Service in Quad Cities IA IL has issued a
Flood Warning for the following rivers in Iowa...

  Cedar River at Cedar Bluff affecting Muscatine, Cedar and Johnson
  Counties.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

The next statement will be issued Saturday afternoon at 500 PM CDT.

...REPLACES RIVER FLOOD WATCH...

* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Cedar River at Cedar Bluff.

* WHEN...From Saturday morning to early Tuesday morning.

* IMPACTS...At 16.0 feet, Minor Flood Stage. Agricultural land is
  flooded.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 4:00 PM CDT Friday the stage was 14.0 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
    late tomorrow morning to a crest of 16.9 feet Sunday morning.
    It will then fall below flood stage Monday morning.
  - Flood stage is 16.0 feet.
