THE FOLLOWING MESSAGE IS TRANSMITTED AT THE REQUEST OF THE TEXAS
DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC SAFETY.

The Texas Department of Public Safety has issued an AMBER
ALERT and requested the following message be included on all NOAA
Weather Radios whose broadcasts extend into the following area:

The ECTOR COUNTY SHERIFFS OFFICE is searching for missing child
Maxamillius Aiden Dominguez, 6 years old, Hispanic, Male, last
seen wearing Teal Blue Toy Story Shirt, Blue Jeans, Black Crocs.
The missing child was last seen at 8:36 P.M., on September 20 2024
at the 4800 Block of West. 39TH, Odessa, Texas.

Police are looking for Jose Magdaleno Dominguez, a 42 year old, Hispanic, Male, in connection
with the abduction of the child. The suspect was last seen wearing Tan Cap, Tan Shirt, Tan Shorts.
The suspect is believed to be driving a BLUE 2009 CADILLAC CTS bearing TX license plate G W X 3 0 4 7.
The suspect was last seen in Odessa, Texas.

LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICIALS BELIEVE THE CHILD TO BE IN GRAVE OR IMMEDIATE DANGER.

Anyone with information regarding this missing child should contact the ECTOR COUNTY SHERIFFS OFFICE
