Total snow accumulations between 2 and 7 inches and ice accumulations around one tenth of an inch. Winds gusting as high as 55 mph. * WHERE...Portions of northwest Minnesota and northeast and southeast North Dakota. * WHEN...Until 6 AM CST Wednesday. * IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will likely become slick and hazardous.
