...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT SOUTH CENTRAL MOFFAT COUNTY
THROUGH 1230 PM MDT...

At 1153 AM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 26
miles northeast of Rangely, or 50 miles east of Vernal, moving east
at 20 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

This storm will remain over mainly rural areas of south central
Moffat County.

This includes U.S. Highway 40 in Colorado between mile markers 40 and
46.
