...HIGH RIP CURRENT RISK IN EFFECT FROM SUNDAY MORNING THROUGH
WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Dangerous rip currents expected.

* WHERE...East facing reefs of the Marianas.

* WHEN...From Sunday morning through Wednesday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Rip currents can sweep even the best swimmers away
  from shore into deeper water.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The arrival of long-period north-northeast
  swell will increase surf along north and east facing reefs. Surf
  increases to 7 to 9 feet along east-facing reefs first, then
  surf along north-facing reefs may increase to the high rip risk
  and high surf threshold Sunday night and Monday.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Rip currents will be life threatening. If caught in a rip
current, relax and float. Don`t swim against the current. If
able, swim in a direction following the shoreline. If unable to
escape, face the shore and call or wave for help.
