.DISCUSSION...Cold and dry conditions continue through tonight,
with temperatures moderating upwards during the day Saturday and
minimum relative humidity values falling to as low as around 30
percent or lower in the afternoon despite increasing cloud cover
aloft. The increasing cloud cover will cause lower mixing heights
compared to Friday and also limit transport winds and ventilation.
Light rain develops Saturday night and ends Sunday with the passage
of a cold front, bringing brief drying before a stronger system
arrives late Monday into Tuesday.
