...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL 3 PM CST /2 PM MST/
THIS AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Mixed precipitation. Additional snow accumulations between
  1 and 3 inches and ice accumulations around a light glaze. Winds
  gusting as high as 45 mph.

* WHERE...Portions of central and north central Nebraska.

* WHEN...Until 3 PM CST /2 PM MST/ this afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. Gusty winds could
  bring down tree branches. Gusty winds combined with fresh snowfall
  may create areas of blowing snow and reduced visibility.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Slow down and use caution while traveling.

Call Nebraska 5 1 1 for the latest road information.

Be prepared for slippery roads. Slow down and use caution while
driving. If you are going outside, watch your first few steps taken
on stairs, sidewalks, and driveways. These surfaces could be icy and
slippery, increasing your risk of a fall and injury.
