Patchy fog and low clouds may linger into the middle morning
hours before dissipating. Otherwise, expect partly cloudy skies by
this afternoon, with light north winds becoming northwest later
in the day. Relative humidity values should drop to around 65
percent by noon CDT, with minimum values around 50 to 55 percent
by 2 PM to 3 PM CDT this afternoon.

Mixing heights should remain below 3000 feet AGL until around 1
PM CDT this afternoon, then top out around 3600 feet AGL by 3 PM
CDT. Smoke dispersal values should rise into the fair category,
above 11000 knot-feet, by 11 AM CDT this morning and top out
around 25500 knot-feet by 3 PM CDT this afternoon.
