The Flood Advisory will expire at 3 PM PST this afternoon for
portions of central and northern California, including the following
areas, in central California, Monterey. In northern California,
Santa Clara and Santa Cruz.

The heavy rain has ended. Urban area and small stream flooding is no
longer expected to pose a threat. Please continue to heed remaining
road closures.
