036 AGUS74 KWCO 291308 HMDNWC National Hydrologic Discussion - EXPERIMENTAL NWS National Water Center - Tuscaloosa AL 700 AM CST SAT NOV 29 2025 Update... Very few changes to the Flood Hazard Outlook this morning, with only a slight expansion to the east and west ends of the Limited area over southeast Texas and southwest Louisiana. Though not changed with this issuance due to low confidence, timing may need to be adjusted from days 1 - 3 to through day 7 due to the potential of multiple days of rainfall next week. The potential for isolated flooding over American Samoa continues through this afternoon (local time). //GKendrick ...Isolated flash flooding impacts remain possible across American Samoa through the rest of today... Isolated flash and urban flooding possible across southeast Texas and southern Louisiana this weekend... American Samoa... A lingering trough will continue to bring periods of heavy rainfall and likely lead to isolated flash flooding impacts across the islands through this afternoon (local time). Southeast Texas and southern Louisiana... A cold front will move southward and will help to focus showers and thunderstorms across the I-10 corridor, potentially bringing isolated flooding impacts to the area Saturday and Sunday (Days 2 - 3). Soils are on the drier side (NASA SPoRT) which should help mitigate widespread flooding issues. A Limited selection was added this afternoon for potential flooding this weekend. //JAW Additional National Water Center products are available at www.weather.gov/owp/operations $$
