High pressure is likely to maintain dry weather today with
increasing amounts of insolation allowing temperature to be a few
degrees above the daily average.
Shortwave movement north of the region Monday may generate a very
isolated light rain shower north of Interstate 80 during the
afternoon and evening. Otherwise, a dry cold front crossing during
the day will help foster breezy afternoon winds the shift from
southwest to west by the evening. Dry, seasonable weather is
likely to continue until the next shortwave crosses north of the
area Wednesday.
