* WHAT...Wet snow expected. Total snow accumulations between 2 and 4
  inches, locally up to 5 inches. Winds gusting as high as 35 mph.

* WHERE...Forest, Jefferson PA, Mercer, Venango, and Clarion
  Counties.

* WHEN...From 1 AM to 10 PM EST Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
  conditions will impact the Wednesday morning and evening commutes.

THURSDAY AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Total snow accumulations of up to 6 inches possible. Winds
  could gust as high as 50 mph.

* WHERE...Eastern Tucker County.

* WHEN...From Wednesday morning through Thursday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will likely
  become slick and hazardous. The strong winds and weight of snow on
  tree limbs may down power lines and could cause sporadic power
  outages. Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions
  could impact the Wednesday morning and evening commutes. Gusty
  winds could bring down tree branches.
